We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic person with excellent digital and administration skills to manage our wine club membership and tasting room.
This newly created role, reporting to the Retail and Operations Manager is responsible for driving all aspects of our direct to consumer- and wine club interactions, creating exceptional customer experiences consistent with our brand identity and key values.
The successful candidate will achieve an enriched relationship with our face to face customers and wine club members, fostering a loyal client base ensuring our customers remain long standing consumers and wine club members for life.
The role is further responsible for the creation of unique tasting experiences with the aim of growing wine club enrolments and increasing wine sale conversions in our tasting room; the full management of membership communications and database; preparing post campaign analysis and reporting and provide insights.
- Achievement of revenue budgets: online, wine club and tasting room
- Maintaining database of wine club memberships
- Scheduled calendar of EDMs met
- Retention and growth of wine club membership
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working with wine within either retail, on-premise or sales
- Website management including online stores
- Proven experience in the development of successful digital marketing strategies that achieved incremental revenue and growth
*Wine industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Marketing, digital qualifications preferred.
