Beef shin with mushrooms and shallots
Ingredients
1.5kg or 4 pieces of beef shin
2 tbls plain flour
1 tsp paprika
2 tbls olive oil
1 x 400g crushed tomatoes
200ml red wine
12 shallots, peeled
200g button mushrooms
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 carrot, diced
1 stick celery, diced
salt/pepper
