Farm to Table Sauvignon Blanc

Fruit forward, bright tropical fruit, mouth quenching citrus and a crisp, refreshing finish.

2019 was a hot dry season producing Sauvignon Blanc with ripe tropical flavours. The lack of rainfall meant that we needed to implement an irrigation strategy and harvest the fruit as early as possible to minimise the stress on the vines. The fruit for this wine was harvested from our Upton Run and Billi's Vineyards in the Strathbogie Ranges.

The grapes needed to be gently pressed as there was a slight sunburning of the skins in some parcels due to the high temperatures throughout the season. The wine was crushed before being fermented in stainless steel.
