Subtle strawberries, floral notes with hints of spice and toffee apple.

A blend of red wine varieties with the majority (95%) being Pinot Noir, which lends itself beautifully to Rosé and this sparkling tonic of life and good times. Summery, light red fruits combine with refreshing, velvety bubbles for an exciting dry and crisp finish.

The Ginger Prince is a blend of red wine varieties including Sangiovese, Pinot Noir and Grenache which lend themselves beautifully to Rose style of wines. We picked the fruit for this wine at lower ripeness levels than what we would do if we were making red table wine. The grapes were then gently pressed before the juices were fermented separately and then carefully blended together as dry wines. These dry wines were then prepared for secondary ferment using the Charmat process.
