Fine in texture with vibrant red fruits, savoury characters and a lovely fresh finish.
Made from Pinot Noir fruit from our two family Strathbogie vineyards, Upton Run and Billis, this wine was fermented with the AMH yeast type that enhances spice and fruit characters, while contributing to overall complexity to the wine. The wine was matured for six months with new French oak, and finished off with a dash of Sangiovese. Adding Sangiovese provides dusty tannins, helps brighten the colour and adds a lovely, savoury quality on the palate.
