Summer berries and crushed strawberries with a touch of minerality and zesty citrus on the refreshing and dry finish.
In 2022, the Strathbogie Shiraz used for this Rosé was extraordinary. A cooler year with late top ups of rain allowed the fruit to develop slowly and produce lovely concentrated flavours in the resulting wine.
The fruit was harvested using a selective process harvester and pressed off straight away, with minimal skin contact to produce a vibrant colouredRosé wine. The wine was fermented using cultured yeast and in stainless steel tanks to enhance vibrant fruity flavours and aromas. A dash of Vermentino (11%) was added to the final blend to add a touch of refreshing citrus and minerality.
