This wine is a dense dark red with youthful purple hues. On the nose are aromas of dark blackberry fruits, oak spice and hints of chocolate. The palate is ripe and rich with dark cherry and plum flavours.

The fruit for this wine was picked in the last week of April, 2017 from our Billi’s Vineyard in the Strathbogie Ranges. The wine wasv fermented in high tech, stainless steel, sweep-arm fermenters at 25°C. This wine was matured using new French oak (80%) and American oak (20%).
