Sales Professional - Melbourne Bayside Area

The Fowles Wine team are seeking an experienced, positive and customer centric sales professional with proven success in managing accounts in Melbourne’s Bayside Area. If your'e an individuall who is able to grow our presence and sales in on-premise channels, helping us put Fowles Wine on the map as one of Australia’s finest cool climate wine producers, then we want to hear from you!

The successful candidate will:
• Have an outstanding knowledge of wine, and the Australian wine industry
• Have proven sales success and solid evidence of an ability to consistently source new business and add value to existing business
• Be self-motivated, driven and a ‘go-getter’
• Have a charismatic and amicable character, allowing you to build relationships easily
• Have experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce
• Possess excellent organisational, planning and communication skills

 
Key responsibilities will include:
Achievement of sales budgets and KPIs, with particular emphasis within on-premise accounts. This includes both new business development and growth for existing accounts.

The successful applicant will receive training and support within a great team environment to ensure success in this role.

What’s on offer:
A negotiable remuneration package, including base salary, bonus structure, superannuation, fully maintained company car and mobile phone is available, commensurate with skills and experience.
