We offer a unique farm-to-table dining experience, showcasing sustainable and authentic food brought to life in our restaurant and prepared with love. Our chefs harvest bountiful ingredients from our property and regional producers and prepare simple but beautiful dishes for guests to savour on site. Every dish on our menu has been created to perfectly match a Fowles Wine.
