Friends of Fowles Wine FAQ's
What tailored events are you running?
The tailored events will differ from year to year but will be themed around the different memberships. For example, Fowles Farmers will be invited to events that focus on farming, produce and food. Fowles Hunters will be invited to events focusing on feasting on wild game meats. Fowles Vignerons will be involved in events which focus on winemaking and winery activities, or perhaps a lunch in the vineyard.
What does prioritised access to Private Dining Room mean?
Our Private Dining Room is an exclusive room for dining which normally has a minimum spend. Our Ultimate Connoisseurs can dine in the Private Dining with no minimum spend.
What does priority access to museum releases mean?
From time to time we release previous vintages from our museum collection, and our Friends of Fowles members will have first access to these releases.
What are curated tastings and tours?
When we release a new vintage or bring back a museum wine, our Ultimate Connoisseurs will be invited to be the first to try these wines. We also arrange periodic tours for you and your friends (subject to availability).
Is the free delivery anywhere in Australia?
Yes, free delivery on orders of a dozen bottles or more anywhere in Australia when you are are Friends of Fowles member.
Can I change the wines in my pack?
Our Farmer, Hunter, Vigneron and Ultimate Connoisseur packs are available in white, red or mixed packs, with wines that we choose for you. If you would like to pick your own wines, we recommend joining the Connoisseur's Choice membership , with a two-dozen commitment and a 20% discount on all wines online and in the cellar door.
Can I change the date of my wine delivery?
Through the member login on our website, you can delay the payment and delivery of your packs.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You are able to cancel any time and your discount will expire one year after your first pack has been sent out.
Do I get a discount on wine in Cellar Door?
Yes, you are able to use your discount for takeaway wine purchases in our Cellar Door.
How do I join?
Using the member login, you can create an account and order your first pack.
What happens if my delivery is late or goes missing?
If anything goes wrong with your delivery (e.g. it gets damaged, lost in our couriers' network) then just let us know via email or contact (03) 5796 2150 and follow the prompts to wine club. We will investigate your order and act accordingly.
How do I change my shipping address, phone number or credit card details?
You can login to your account to make any of these changes.
