Single Vineyard, Strathbogie Ranges Vineyard: Upton Run, Block 10 Clones: CN15 and CN19

Winemaking

The Arneis fruit was picked from Block 10 of our Upton Run Vineyard with a selective harvester on the 5th of April. The fruit was then gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel to promote fruit flavours and aromas. Yeast was added to enhance aromatics, fruit characters and an elegant palate structure.

Colour

Bright straw with a pale green hue.

Nose

Tropical and stone fruits, mandarin, florals and hint of spice.

Palate

Medium weight, full of stone and pear fruits, subtle citrus and a hint of phenolics adds texture to the palate. The result is a fresh mineral finish.
