Pale straw in colour, this wine epitomises cool-climate Riesling grown in the Strathbogie Ranges. The nose bursts with citrus blossom, lychee and lime. Clean, dry and fruit-forward, the palate is balanced with soft acid and lovely citrus notes that interplay with fresh florals.
The wine was fermented between 11-12˚C. The yeast strain we used is called 'Active 7', which is isolated from German Riesling must and produces a true-to-varietal, clean Riesling.
