Winemaking

The grapes were crushed and fermented in stainless steel between 12 - 15°C, fo help the delicate fruit flavours shine through. The wine was then kept on lees for eight months post fermentation to add texture and complexity.

Vibrant aromas of lemon, lime and citrus blossom.

A super fresh palate with crisp quenching citrus and a hint of herbs and saltbush salinity on the textural finish.
