Pinot Noir is loved for its elegance, complexity and versatility, and the cool climate of the Strathbogie Ranges allows the variety to truly shine.

Pinot Noir ability to expertly reflect the terroir, or the place in which it is grown. The beauty that was of our Strathbogie Vineyards that Pinot Noir was extensively planted across our two vineyards; Billi’s and Upton Run, and so each Pinot Noir we produce is different in nature, style and finish.

Farm to Table 2022 Pinot Noir

Our Farm to Table wines are bright, generous and carefully blended to complement the softer texture of farm raised meet.

The 2022 vintage is vibrant and bright with rich raspberry and red fruits complemented by toasted vanilla oak and silky tannins.

Our suggested food pairing would be slow cooked BBQ Pork cutlet with a tart cherry glaze.

Are you Game? 2023 Pinot Noir

The style of our Are you Game? wines shines a spotlight on the challenges Mother Nature brings every year. The resulting blend is captivating, light on its feet yet full of character and perfect with food.

Bright strawberries and red plum are the feature of the 2023 vintage, followed by tart cherry and rhubarb, with a subtle hint of cardamom. Soft, silky tannins provide a smooth, elegant texture. A dash of Sangiovese has been added for a splash of intrigue.

Our suggested food pairing is our Zucchini fries with herb salt and chipotle aioli.

Ladies who Shoot their Lunch 2023 Pinot Noir

The Ladies who Shoot their Lunch wines have been crafted to complement the textures and flavours of wild food. Vibrant in colour, intensely aromatic and fine in texture with pristine fruit flavours.

The 2023 edition is medium bodied with juicy, dark berry fruits, fine structural tannins and balanced oak. Hints of dark cherry and subtle spice on the long finish.

Our suggested food pairing is pan seared duck breast with a Pinot Noir reduction served with honey rosemary carrots.
