Tickets & Bookings
How much are tickets and where can I purchase them?
Tickets are available online or at the gate, subject to availability.
- Adults: $35 online | $40 at the gate
- Children under 16: $15
- Children under 3: Free
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be emailed to you after purchase. Simply show them on your phone for scanning at the gate.
What is included in a picnic table booking?
For $500, enjoy a reserved picnic table for up to 8 guests, prime concert views and $200 in food and beverage vouchers, provided on the night.
General admission tickets must be purchased separately for each guest.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or non-attendance, subject to Australian Consumer Law. For refund enquiries, please contact our team via email.
Event Information
When and where is the event?
Saturday 12 December 2026 at the Ginger Prince Garden Bar, Fowles Wine, Avenel.
- Gates open: 6:00pm
- Concert: 7:30pm – 9:30pm
- Venue closes: 11:00pm
What should I bring?
A picnic rug or low camping chairs, as general admission seating is not provided. We also recommend sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, comfortable shoes, a warm layer and wet-weather gear if needed.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
The event will proceed unless conditions are unsafe. Our team will assess the forecast on Friday 10 December and continue monitoring conditions.
As the event is outdoors and not undercover, please dress accordingly. Any cancellation updates will be communicated via email and social media.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are permitted, except assistance animals.
Is the event accessible?
Accessible parking and bathrooms are available. The event is held on a grassed lawn with some uneven surfaces, and there is no designated accessible viewing area. Please contact us in advance if you need assistance.
Parking & Transport
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available. Vehicles may be left overnight at the owner’s risk, but gates will not reopen until 9:00am the following morning.
Will bus transport be available?
We’re exploring buses from Shepparton, Nagambie, Euroa, Seymour and Melbourne, subject to demand. Register your interest via our website to receive availability and pricing updates.
Food & Dining
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes! Our Garden Bar and food truck will serve Fowles favourites, wines and other beverages throughout the evening. No BYO food or drinks are permitted. Cash and card payments are accepted.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Please contact our team in advance to discuss your requirements.
Is the Restaurant open for dinner?
Yes! Enjoy a special three-course Pre-Carols Dinner at 5:30pm for $69 per person, with dessert provided to take down to the lawn.
Bookings are essential, and Carols entry tickets must be purchased separately.
