Can I choose my own Fowles wines?

Yes. Simply select the Choose Your Own Pack, the volume (6 bottles or 12 bottles) and frequency of delivery and you are on your way.

Is there a cost to join the Granite Wine Club?

No. Signing up to the Granite Wine Club is free.

Is there a locked in commitment in terms of time or quantity or orders?

No. Simply join the Granite Wine Club, select the volume (6 bottles or 12 bottles) and frequency of delivery and we’ll do the rest. There is no locked in time period.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your membership up to 30 days prior to your next shipment date.

Can I pause my membership at any time?

Yes. You can pause your membership up to 30 days prior to your next shipment date.

Can I skip my next scheduled delivery?

Yes. You can skip your next scheduled delivery provided you notify Fowles 30 days prior to your next shipment date.

What happens when the vintages change?

We will roll the wines onto the next vintage, so you won’t miss out. If by any chance we don’t make that particular wine that vintage we will get in contact to let you know.

What is the cost of shipping?

Your membership includes free shipping anywhere in Australia for orders of 6 bottles or more. As members of the Granite Wine Club we also provide free shipping on any 6 bottles or more purchased online (fowleswine.com) or at the Cellar Door.

Can I update my own details?

Yes. You can manage everything when you log in to your account – from the wines you want to your delivery details.

Can I change my wines?

Yes. Please log in to your Account page to change your wine selection. We do aks however that if you do make any changes to your wine selection that this is done 30 days prior to your next shipment date.

Can I change the frequency of delivery?

Yes. Please log in to your Account page to change your frequency of delivery. Please note, after switching, we will be in touch with you to confirm when you would like to receive your next pack.

What discounts are available?

Discounts are based on the amount of bottles and/or frequency of delivery. Members can earn up to 25% off on bottles purchases online, in our Cellar Door or in our Restaurant.

6 bottles x every 3 months = 24 bottles pa = 10% discount
12 bottles x every 6 months = 24 bottles pa = 10% discount
6 bottles x every 2 months = 36 bottles pa = 15% discount
12 bottles x every 3 months = 48 bottles pa =  20% discount
12 bottles x every 2 months = 72 bottles pa = 25% discount

Does my discount apply to all wine purchases at Fowles?

Your Granite Wine Club discount percentage applies when purchasing bottles online, in our Cellar Door and in our Restaurant.

How do I receive my discount on wine purchases other than my Granite Wine CLub membership?

Make sure you log into your account when you are making your purchase online (fowleswine.com). Once logged in you will receive the discount based on your bottle amount & frequency of delivery.

In the Cellar Door and Restaurant, please let our friendly team know your name/email so they can apply your discount.

Are there any other benefits to my membership?

Yes. As a valued Granite Wine Club member you will receive complimentary wine tastings each and every time you visit the Fowles Cellar Door, a saving of $10 per tasting. Simply identify yourself as a member to receive your complimentary tasting.

If I upgrade my frequency of delivery will I get a better discount on my purchases?

Yes. You will receive discounts based on your bottle amount & frequency of delivery.

If I downgrade my frequency of delivery will I lose my ongoing discount from my previous delivery schedule?

Yes. Your discounts are based on your bottle amount & frequency of delivery.

I am based overseas, can I join the Granite Wine Club?

Unfortunately the Granite Wine Club only ships to members within Australia.

Are my Credit Card details stored on the site?

No. Your credit card information is stored in a secure payment gateway.

I have forgotten my password how do I retrieve it?

Please navigate to the login page and click on ‘lost password’ and follow the prompts to reset your password.

Can I contact you directly to discuss my Granite Wine Club membership?

Yes. Please call us on (03) 5796 2150 and follow the prompts to wine club to discuss your membership.

Are your wines vegan friendly?

Many of our wines are vegan with a couple of exceptions, please check the wine specifications under each wine to confirm.

There are products used in the winemaking process, particularly the fining process, which use milk and egg products. We are in the process of changing these fining products used in our next vintages of wine upcoming, which will mean we are likely to have a completely vegan wine range in the next 1 – 2 years.
