This wine is a blend from vineyards in the Pyrenees and Central Victorian regions. The fruit was harvested in mid March 2018 and fermented in stainless steel to preserve the fruit flavours. The Shiraz and Merlot fill out the mid palate and provide fruitfulness, the Grenache adds savoury notes, dusty tannins and further complexity.
