Winemaking

This wine was fermented at 15˚C in stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit flavours. Pinot noir, a traditional grape of Champagne is used in this wine, however we employ the methods used to make Prosecco to create a fresher style of sparkling wine that really shows off the bright fruit flavours of this wonderful varietal.

Pale rose gold in colour - the colour of love!

Nose

Strawberries and cream play with notes of peach and brioche.

Palate

Lively and effervescent with red berries, stone fruits and a squeeze of fresh citrus acidity.
