Winemaking
Picked in early March, from our Strathbogie Billi's vineyard, this wine was crushed and fermented with a Premier Cru yeast selected to enhance forest fruits, spices, aromatic herb notes. Matured for 12 months in stainless steal and some older oak barrels. Finally, the wine was blended with a dash of Sangiovese (5%), enhancing the berry and earthy tones making for an enjoyable drop.
