Winemaking

The fruit was harvested using a selective process harvester and pressed off straight away, with minimal skin contact to produce a vibrant coloured Rosé wine. The wine was fermented using cultured yeast and in stainless steel tanks to enhance vibrant fruity flavours and aromas. A dash of Vermentino (11%) was added to the final blend to add a touch of refreshing citrus and minerality.

Bright strawberry pink with a hint of magenta.

Nose

Perfumed strawberries and cream with juicy red apple and cherry, rounded off with a touch of citrus blossom.

Palate

Summer berries and crushed strawberries with a touch of minerality and zesty citrus on the refreshing and dry finish.
