Winemaking

The fruit was picked using a selective process harvester on the 22 March 2022 from block 13.5 at our Upton Run vineyard. The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed to help create a more delicate wine. The juice was wild fermented in barrels to add texture and complexity.

Vibrant pale straw.

Nose

Aromatic citrus blossom and fresh pear layered with hints of lemongrass.

Palate

Zesty lemon and lime, nashi pear and a hint of saline minerality on the dry, crisp and textural finish.
