Winemaking

Fruit from block 15 was harvested and pressed out, then left with solids to ferment, whilst fruit from block 16 was press cut and wild fermented and had a touch of new oak treatment to add balance and complexity to this wine. This combination of fruit treatment leaves a clean, fruit-forward Chardonnay ready to drink now.

Nose

Delicate aromas of peaches, pear, green apple, banana, and hint of fresh brioche.

Palate

A medium bodied Chardonnay with delicate oak structure. Complex flavours of apple and pear, enhanced with hints of fresh lime and stonefruit for a lengthy finish.
