Single Vineyard, Strathbogie Ranges Vineyard: Upton Run, Block 10 Clones: CN15 and CN19

Winemaking

The Arneis fruit was picked from Block 10 of our Upton Run Vineyard with a selective harvester to ensure the best quality of fruit. The fruit was then gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel to promote fruit flavours and aromas. Selective yeast was added to enhance aromatics and fruit expression. The wine then spent 4 month on lees before being bottled.

Colour

Pale straw with a youthful green edge.

Nose

Delicate white florals and fresh nashi pear are complemented by a hint of apricot kernel.

Palate

White florals and stone fruit flavours open into a fleshy, textural mid-palate, finishing with hints of gravelly phenolics. Long, fine, and thoroughly delicious.
