Winemaking

The grapes for this wine were picked from block 16 of our Upton Run vineyard. Some of the finest barrels, with the best representation of site, place and season, were selected for fermentation. The wine spent approximately 12 months on lees to develop further complexity.

Nose

Delicate aromas of intense citrus and fleshy white stone fruit.

Palate

A medium bodied Chardonnay with fresh acid structure and complex finish. Delightful flavours of nectarine, bosc pear and green fig enhanced with integrated oak for a balanced wine.
